Our storage facility is located at 5044 Peabody Road, Fairfield, CA 94533. Our office (a blue trailer) is located directly east of the storage facility in our sister company, Sun-Ray Landscape Supply Company.

Access hours are every day of the week from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

All of our stalls are uncovered.

1. Sign up here or by clicking the button at the top of the page that says 'Book Now'.

2. Choose the stall size you want and follow the online registration process.

3. Once the registration process is completed, you will receive an email requesting your required documentation (copy of driver's license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance). Once the documentation is provided, you will receive a refund of the administrative fee.

4. Because our registration system is directly tied to the gate, you will then be able to access the facility during operating hours using the gate code that you chose during the registration process.

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. For tenants that come to us through SpareFoot, we require a minimum 6-month lease to accommodate the associated booking fees we need to pay SpareFoot.

When you register, you will pay the prorated first month’s rent plus the one-month security deposit. Tenants must store their vehicle for a minimum of 6 months, after which the following month (i.e. the 7th month) is credited.

The ONLY way to pay is online using the same login credentials as when you registered with debit or credit card. We do not accept cash or checks.

We require the vehicle to be operable and in good working condition. Additionally, a valid driver's license, insurance, picture of the vehicle, and proof of registration are required.

Your belongings are in safe hands at Sun-Ray RV & Boat Storage. Our facility has an on-site staff, is fully fenced, gated, and under 24-hour video surveillance with active monitoring and police dispatch.

Please send an email to hello@sunray-storage.com stating your intentions to cancel along with your stall number. Cancellation requests must be done in writing. We require a 30-day move out notice from our tenants.
